Your one-hour session includes 45 to 50 minutes of hands-on Reiki. You will relax with a weighted eye pillow and essential oils to aid your rest and alignment. Reiki hands will be placed over 10 to 12 positions, covering both front and back. Your session will conclude with intuitively led feedback.
